6 Hier vind je een overzicht van alle opgetreden complicaties bij een patiënt. Met de knop 'Wijzig' kun je verschillende aanpassingen doorvoeren. Door op de knop 'Historie' te klikken, kun je zien wie, wat en wanneer heeft ingevoerd. Met de knop 'Sluit patiënt' sluit je het patiëntendossier.

Medisch.Complicatieregistratie.WebHome]]zijn ingericht in het beheer en bij het invullen van de registratie wordt de gekoppelde opmerking in het [[dossier >>doc:Trodis.Handleiding.Trombosedienst dossier.Patiëntendossier.Dossier.WebHome]]getoond. Er zijn vier type complicaties die je kunt registreren.

15 Voor zowel bloeding als trombo-embolie geldt: Een incident, complicatie of adverse event is in retrospectie vermijdbaar als na systematische analyse van de gebeurtenis(sen) blijkt dat bepaalde maatregelen het incident, de complicatie of adverse event hadden kunnen voorkomen.

83 Wanneer een bloeding is opgetreden bij de patiënt kun je hier noteren om wat voor bloeding het precies gaat. Je kunt locatie, klinische relevantie, ernst en/of trauma aangeven. Aan de hand van de ingevulde velden geeft Trodis een selectie van gekoppelde opmerkingen weer.
